SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies and programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website Development: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet project requirements and brand guidelines.

  • Front-end Development: Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement website designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

  • Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic and databases using technologies such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or other programming languages, as required.

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Integrate and customize CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla to facilitate easy content management for clients.

  • Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure that websites are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of websites to identify and resolve any issues or bugs before launch.

  • Performance Optimization: Implement performance optimization techniques to enhance website loading speed and overall performance.

  • Security: Ensure websites are secure by implementing best practices and keeping up-to-date with the latest security measures.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the development process.

Timings: 10AM – 7PM (Saturday & Sunday off)
